The world needs me…

And it’s not the level of responsibility I want. In fact, it’s what I’ve avoided all my adulthood. While examining the reasons of my existence eventually there’s a realization that I’m not here for me. I’m here for other living things. Then I confront my selfishness and I have to be truthful with myself. The truth is I’ve never felt better or more valuable as I do since I’ve accepted that.
